US Military Releases Video of the Mother of All Bombs Strike From Yesterday

Yesterday, the US military dropped the largest non-nuclear bomb in its arsenal on Afghanistan. Nicknamed the Mother of All Bombs, reports indicate that it killed 36 ISIS fighters and there were no civilian casualties. TV news stations have been playing footage of MOAB bomb tests from 2003, but the military just released actual footage of the strike. As you can see, the aerial footage doesn’t give a great perspective on what happened. But it’s it’s a view that perhaps gives us a peek into how much life can be lost so quickly, despite it all looking like a video game. Thirty-six ISIS militants died in that strike—a blip on the screen for most of us.
